Peterkin.

I know this is where I need to be right now. I am so so excited. I am also not going to be on the net all the time, because electronics are banned from campers for a reason. It's so they completely experience all that Peterkin has to offer. Besides if I wanted internet, I'd go home.

I want Peterkin. I want Life Under Grace. I want to share God's love with everyone. That whole making a difference thing? I can do that here, and I intend to.

Let the summer begin.

Love conquers all.

P.S. (it can't be something from me without a PS) I discovered this sweet song by Jack Johnson (artist of the cherished "Banana Pancakes") it is called "Do You Remember?" I love-love-love it. Everyone should look it up. I love it.

Paris Hilton released from LA jail early

By ROBERT JABLON, Associated Press Writer 1 hour, 18 minutes ago

LOS ANGELES -
Paris Hilton was released from a Los Angeles County jail early Thursday because of an unspecified medical problem and will fulfill the remainder of her sentence for probation violation in home confinement, a sheriff's spokesman said.

The 26-year-old hotel heiress was sent home shortly after 2 a.m. wearing an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.

Hilton was sentenced to 45 days for violating her probation in a reckless driving case, but had been expected to serve 23 days in jail because of state rules allowing shorter sentences for good behavior.

She ended up spending three full days at the all-women's facility in Lynwood, but because she checked in late Sunday and left early Thursday, authorities credited her with five days of time served. She'll be confined to her Hollywood Hills home for 40 days.

This frustrates me, but isn't shocking.

Whatever.

Still a zillion things to do before I leave, so this is probably the last post. Oh, to be able to relax! Whatever, soon, I'll be at my favorite place in the world, so it doesn't matter. <3

still something worth celebrationg.

Paris is in jail.

Quick, someone grab the champagne.

Opinions?

Do you tell a friend when he/she is being a jerk?

I would want to know.

PS I so was not in a bad mood before this. In fact, I was mostly completely ok, then someone made it worse by acting like a jerk. Hmm.

God is good (duh, as if we didn't know).

I passed my lifeguard test with flying colors and therefore, I will, in fact, be the Head Lifeguard/Counselor at Peterkin!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't allowing myself to rejoice about that until now, so pardon my slightly-delayed reasction.

I feel soooo relieved.

I also got to see my darling Ammar a few days ago. It was so much fun, even though I thought his car was going to die (considering it's brand-new, this is not good!). But, we managed to fix it. All this chaos led to the most spontaneous date I've had in a while. ; ) Fun stuff. Umm...then we went to the Fitness Center (you know, before I realized I wouldn't have to swim the 500 yards for my LG test!). We swam 500 yards (he did 450! I was proud of him!). And we pumped up some sweeeeeet tunes (courtesy of yours truly) in his car, and we got some funny looks from some old people. (wink wink wink!)
Good times.

Then last night before I went to bed we spent a while (on the phone--ps...free sprint-to-sprint is an absolute lifesaver!) reminiscing. It was nice. You know what's funny? Every once in a while when we go over a memory of something, like the first date, for example, we'll discover a little detail when never mentioned originally. It helps keep the memories alive, I think.

Today at 8 AM I got to get a sweet heart monitor put on me. woooohooo. ugh. there are six, I lied, seven cords with assorted colors (woohoo!) and little sticky things that attach to your chest. its pretty sweet, there's black, white, red, orange, brown, green and blue. Now the fun part was putting it on (actually the nurse did it). Bras just don't really work well over top of a gazillion different wires. Heh. Then I walked into JR's for doughnuts afterwards, and I kinda felt like I was wearing a bomb or something. Weird? Yeah. I'm not a fan.(ps, I hope that last statement isn't a huge red flag for the patriot act or something... *frowns*).

So, since all the LG stuff is over, there's pretty much no reason for my heartrate to be abnormal! Haha. Between that & the Ammar/Mom ordeal. Not much has happened with that, but I think she's a llittle less worried after seeing the Because I Said So movie....the mother in that really freaked her out a bit!

<3

Life is perfect, I believe it! <3

P.s. the heart monitor thing is totally a precaution/curiousity thing mostly, soo no one should worry about it at all--I'm not! Although I'm curious as to the effect of my random hiccups on my heartrate....hmm... = )

P.P.S. Peterkin = soon!
& my mom&dad's 20th anniversary/dad's birthday(same day, ironic? = P), and Ammar's birthday. So if anyone thinks of sweet gift ideas...feel free to let me know! <3
